City of Los Angeles' Mortgage Credit Certificate (MCC) Program funds have been fully committed. The California Debt Limit Allocation Committee (CDLAC), who provides allocations for the MCC Programs previously indicated that no new single-family bond authority would be available in 2020 for MCC Programs.
Please note that the City's Low Income Purchase Assistance (LIPA) Program has funds and remains open.
Also, the Los Angeles Housing + Community Investment Department (HCIDLA) plans to reopen the Moderate Income Purchase Assistance (MIPA) Program sometime in the Summer of 2020. As soon as we have more information about the MIPA Program.
